“The quality of this backpack feels great- I can't imagine it tearing or ripping easily. The size of the straps feels great to me- I don't think they are too thick or too thin. I'm so happy with how this bag holds my work laptop, charger, planner, notebooks, folders, water, cardigans, food, keys, and more. And somehow it's still not big and bulky!? I am 5'3 and the large backpack fits great. It doesn't look like I have a turtle shell on my back like how I normally look with other backpacks. So happy with this and wanting to buy as gifts for family and friends. The focus on recycling and reusing just makes it even better. 5 stars for also managing to look professional and cute.”

“I love my day owl, it's just perfect!! They thought of everything and I'm so happy. Be careful when you're looking at the Misfits section, the have a size called "bigger" and you might assume it's the same as the regular Day Owl but it isn't, it's a discontinued medium size that's bigger than the slim but smaller than the standard Day Owl. I started with the Misfit "bigger" size but I ended up swapping it out to the full size regular Day Owl. The little bit of size makes a big difference for me!! Customer service was marvelous and the exchange process was seamless. Great experience all around.”
