It’s quickly become my go-to work and travel bag. All of the pockets make it really easy for me to find everything I need. I’m a big fan of the water bottle pocket (which may or may not be used for wine from time to time). I love that this bag is sustainable and affordable. Unfortunately, the quality was not as I expected. The bag was incredibly uncomfortable to wear, the fabric came scuffed, and some threads were loose. I returned my bag and pouch only to be ghosted by the company. Despite proof of my return, an email to their customer support, and a DM to their social media, I've received no response and no refund.
