I don’t usually write reviews but I’m OBSESSED with this backpack. I find most backpacks are either too boring, juvenile, or sporty. I love the sophisticated design of this bag and it fits a ton. It’s quickly become my go-to work and travel bag. All of the pockets make it really easy for me to find everything I need. I’m a big fan of the water bottle pocket (which may or may not be used for wine from time to time). I love that this bag is sustainable and affordable. If anything were to happen to this bag I would definitely repurchase!

I bought this backpack 3 years ago, and it’s held up so well. I get constant compliments, and it’s always a pleasant surprise when I get to tell them it’s made of recycled water bottles. Love this backpack.

I know they went through some hard times; it's great to see Day Owl back! The bags are super functional and look awesome. I LOVE mine.

Horrible experience with this company's products and customer service. I was so excited about the descriptions of the backpack and the company, so I expected to love my new bag. Unfortunately, the quality was not as I expected. The bag was incredibly uncomfortable to wear, the fabric came scuffed, and some threads were loose. I returned my bag and pouch only to be ghosted by the company. Despite proof of my return, an email to their customer support, and a DM to their social media, I've received no response and no refund. I cannot warn people about this brand enough!
