“Overall this is a great backpack that I will be using for years to come. The good: I am using this backpack as my daily commuter backpack that I can take to work. I like the size of the small backpack and it keeps all my things organized. The Bad: The water bottle pocket is smaller than expected. I did not realize that the water bottle pocket is a tapered pocket that can only hold bottles with a small neck top. The Hydroflask 21 oz fits well and the Hydroflask 24 oz is a tight fit.”
“I got the small bag that fits a 13" laptop, but I think I should have gotten the bigger one. Though I'm a "big person", Idon'tlike big bags, but this one seems too small for me. I like the layout/pockets, etc, but a slightly bigger bag would be nicer. Perhaps the straps should be longer to accommodate my size.”
