“This backpack is very well made. The laptop sleeve is very padded and spacious, I can get my laptop and a few files packed into it. Also the water bottle sleeve is great too, a little small, but can hold my 32 oz bottle snuggly. Spacious inside as well! If you are looking for a bag to hold it all, its THIS BAG!!!”

“I purchased this bag with the intention to use it for traveling for work. I generally WFH so I can’t speak to how it’ll hold up for everyday use, but for the first work trip I took it on it was good. I like the sleek look and even when full it wasn’t too heavy. The laptop pocket in the back was one thing that drew me to this bag. My 13.6in MacBook Air fit with some room on the top, could easily fit a slightly larger laptop in there.
There are 2 downsides to this bag for me: first, it really doesn’t hold that much in it. With the laptop slot filled and a water bottle in the internal pocket, the main pocket space was reduced quite a bit. Worked out fine for me for a quick trip in addition to my carry on and was good for my daily commute to work while there, but for how large it looks on the outside I would expect it to hold a little more.
Second: the fabric seems like it will wear really quickly. The light green color came with some unique marks which is part of the style, but it did cheapen the look a bit to me from the start. After one trip it is already starting to look a bit worn. I assume the darker colors would fade even more so.
Overall the quality of the bag is top notch and I believe it’ll work for me for a few years at least, hopefully longer. I also believe in day owl’s mission and am happy to support them with my dollars, so when I’m looking to replace this backpack I will likely come back to get another one.”

“I was looking for a bag to take on a trip to Jamaica. I wanted it to attach to luggage which is sometimes hard to find and also have reasonable space without being too big. This had everything I was looking for and as a bonus, when my water bottle leaked in flight, that pouch it fits into was water tight so the rest of my bag didn't get wet - including my ipad. I highly recommend and will probably end up buying them for my own kids to travel. Not the cheapest out there, but in my opinion it's worth the cost.”
