“its perfect for my short vacation to DC. the canvas felt a bit stiff at first but definetly got softened for daily use. love the yellow color. my only critic would be the straps are a bit short (I'm 5'8" and even with them fully extended, it feels a bit higher on my back than I would usually go for), but everything else about it is exactly what I was looking for.
oh, and for patches, the canvas is really thick so I would definetly recommend using some really sticky patches or getting a leather sewing needle.”

“I love love love LOVE my slim backpack. It’s my daily go-to for work. It’s just the right size for my laptop, planner, pens, wallet, charger and lunch/snack.
I agree with other reviews that the only thing I would change is to make the water bottle carrier external. As it is, my water bottles don’t often fit, and if they do, it protrudes so far into the bag that I can’t fit as much. Sure, maybe I should order the regular size, but the slim is the perfect size for my shoulders / frame and it’s not as bulky as other laptop backpacks. As it is, I typically put my travel cutlery or my charger in this pocket instead. Could also see value in using it for an umbrella or rain coat.”

“I reeealllyyyy love this backpack! It is my most favorite backpack that I've owned. I am 5'2 and the slim backpack was a perfect size for my frame. It's really quite comfortable to carry around! The compartments/pockets are organized in just the way I like them. I have the dandelion yellow and the color is very lovely; true to the product photos. I use my backpack to carry around a 14'" laptop, a 12.9" tablet, my sketchbook, a pencil bag, a book, and my bike lock! I haven't yet used the water bottle pocket for a water bottle. I usually slide my phone and keys in there for easy access. The design of the water bottle pocket does mean that if you carry a bottle in there, it will take up quite a bit of the bag space. That is truly the only piece of critique I have -- I would personally prefer a side water bottle pocket to maximize the internal space as I'd like to start packing a lunch container in there. That being said, the minimalist design of the exterior is wonderful. I've got a collage of enamel pins on the front and it is adorable.
Despite the bottle pocket tidbit, I still consider this backpack to be perfect -- technically breaking the definition of the word, I know, but I just adore this backpack so very much.”
“I got one of these at least a year ago before I went on a trip to Yellowstone. Knew it wouldn't be easy to carry a purse and wanted something I could carry a water bottle in plus anything from my purse I needed. It was perfect for taking on the plane too. Could either go under the seat or in the overhead. I have used it since for anywhere I wanted to take some stuff from my purse and still have my hands free.”
