“I was looking for a backpack large enough to fit my 13" laptop and not any larger. This does exactly that, has space for anything else I could need as well thanks to the separate main compartment, and has an abundance of organization options for its size. The laptop pocket is well padded, and with how compact everything is I'm not at all worried about movement or damage. Build quality is great, I'm confident it will last many years if well taken care of.
I don't carry too much with me, so your mileage may vary, but for my needs as a daily office backpack it's perfect. I'm glad I spent the extra time researching to find this brand.”

Minor cons: No sternum strap, water bottle pocket doesn't feel quite right when full.
My favorite thing about it is the profile. I don't carry a lot everyday so I didn't want bag that takes up a ton of space on sometimes crowded trains. The bag has a simple design with well organized pockets.The material is somewhere between cotton and canvas, soft yet sturdy.
Minor cons: No sternum strap. The water bottle pocket is a nice idea, but I can feel it pressing against my back with a bottle in there. Lastly, and this might just be me, but I find that my shirt rides up more with this bag than others I've used.”

“M backpack is amazing. Everything I have been looking for in a backpack. I am an online student so this is perfect. Just enough room for my laptop, planner, chargers, notebook, and pen pouch. I'm also a poet and published author, so I keep my proof copies in there, too. Or I empty it and use it to transport book copies back and forth from events. However, I did not get the patch that I ordered. I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and have not heard back. I have an awesome backpack, and I am hopeful that there will be amazing customer service to back it up. Is someone able to help me?”

It's important for anybody reading this to see that you have been asking for your money back despite your bag being delivered and UPS documenting it's delivery. You've sent countless emails to our customer service person asking for a refund for bags that you very clearly received. While we'd love to give our bags for free, we just can't do it. “I’m very pleased with this product!
I ordered this backpack after burning through my second Kanken backpack and not loving my Jansport backpack. The classic Kanken was too flimsy for me and wasn’t comfortable, and ripped and got holes the material because it is not lined. The Jansport was too bulky. Both backpacks sagged and looked awkward on my petite (5’2”) frame, and the pockets were never efficient for my needs. Both backpacks danced around being too tight, not padded enough, or too loose for my electronics. This backpack remedies those issues for me.
The outside canvas thick and durable. It feels comfortably heavy and plush, and is lined with a thick material. The backpack’s structure keeps it from getting limp and floppy, and holds close to my petite frame. It does not sag. I do not look awkward with this backpack on in proportion to my body. I use a 12.9 in IPad and 14 in MacBook Pro, and both fit in this backpack comfortably. I would trust my laptop to be naked and safe in this backpack. The padding is thick. I appreciate the design with an inner pocket for a water bottle, because I am a clumsy person and have issues with bottles slipping out of side pickets or opening inside my backpack. There’s two outer pockets that are perfect for keeping potentially crumby snacks, easily bent glasses, and leaky pens away from the electronics in the main pocket. I like that the zipper has a production number on it, and that the zipper/buttons/etc of the backpack are made of durable, thick metal. I can seen that the product is well sewn. This product is perfect for carrying a minimal amount of essentials.
I also got the pouch, and it fits my MacBook charger perfectly and spare few essentials perfectly!
Additionally, I also miswrote my address on the order, and customer service was great at fixing my mistake quickly and efficiently. I simply sent an email and it was resolved within hours. Thank you Nina!”

“I'm typically weary of purchasing new items online, but I was doing research for a minimalist/compact backpack for work + everyday use. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and I could not say better things about this bag. Everything about it is great for what I intended to use it for. My only critique is I have 2 cats and 1 dog so I occassionally have to whip out the lint roller to get the hair off the black fabric. Aside from that, this bag is a 5 out of 5 in my book!”
