“The bag is well made, but much more shallow then I expected looking at reviews and photos. This is a bag for someone who carries real basic things, and not a great every day carry for someone with laptop, notebooks, pouches. I picked this model based on my height and some reviews. I was disappointed that I couldn't exchange it for the larger size and pay the difference, as now I have a bag I will never use and don't want to buy the large bag (and end up paying for 2 bags). Costumer service was nice, but it was frustrating in the end.”

“I received the backpack. It was too small. I tried to return it, but the company would not take it back and give me a refund. Will never purchase or recommend this company. I am definitely writing a negative yelp review. I can see why Amazon is very successful.”
“While I LOVE most of the features, there are a couple things that make the backpack a bit difficult. The water bottle pocket does not fit my standard 32oz bottle, which is a bummer. But what's more of a bummer is that even if I don't have a water bottle in the pouch, the pouch still takes up so much room inside the backpack because the waterproof fabric is so thick. It's like half the backpack room is gone because of that fabric.
Also I really wish the top pocket could fit a passport. I took it traveling last week and I still had to dig for my passport. That's a huge bummer because it would be so great to actually utilize that top pocket for my quick grab travel necessities.”
“I loved my slim backpack, but once I got my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go with case in the compartment the main section lost some space. This was because there is no bottom for the laptop so I had to include the case, which fit but was rather bulky. I was well aware that the backpack had no false bottom for the laptop, but I did not factor in that the case would bulge into the other section. Regardless of that, I love the bag and think it looks rather smart.
At first, I thought I made a mistake by buying the slim version, but I think the regular version was more than I needed so I am going to work on creating a minimal carry.
The fabric feels great and I am very happy with the purchase.”
