“Very slim! Maybe too slim? But I think the regular sized bag would be too big? I like the look and feel, love the side spot for my water bottle, and all the organizational bits. Really like the feeling of the canvas.”
“As always! I love my Day Owl back pack. Adding 2nd bag for my work outfit collection. Would love to add a Day Owl minimal messenger bag that fits a 13inch laptop please”
“Amazing high quality backpack that styles so well, and is very functional! I highly recommend it and speak highly of it to everyone that is in search of a backpack.”
“This bag wears comfortably, keeps my hands free, and holds all the necessities for a family outing - 3 water bottles, my wristlet/walllet, phone, keys, sunglasses, wipes, hand sanitizer, and tissues with room for more! I like to use the laptop pouch for books. When it has been heavy, it has still been decently comfortable for me. I would not say the straps dug into my shoulders. My only complaint is the white "scratch marks" that appeared after the first use that did not come off with a damp rag. I love the look of this bag, it was not cheap, so I'm pretty disappointed it got marked up after one use. The closeup shot makes it look grey, but the blue really is beautiful.”
“im obsessed w backpacks so i have a ton, but after getting my slim pack i realize this is the bag i have been trying to find, it’s so perfect. i got the slate gray as a nice spring color paired w the battery charger. i wish i would have gotten a cord pouch but thats okay! i know what im getting next.”
“I really enjoyed most of the bag. I liked how slim and compact it was, the separated bottle and laptop compartment. However, the straps are not comfortable at all. I bought the bag mainly to carry my laptop. However, if I put my laptop in or anything of weight, the straps dig into my shoulders. I realize that the way the straps are, the weight is not evenly distributed.
()| | | |(). To illustrate it the best I can, the bunch of symbols represents the bag when I wear it. The () are my shoulders, the | | are the straps, and the is the center of my chest. The arrows point to the sides of the straps that don't rest on my shoulders. The weight ends up concentrated on the other side nearest to my shoulders and they dig into me. I really do enjoy the bag but it's hard to fully appreciate it when it hurts to carry it. It may be different for others but this is my experience.”
“I take public transportation for work so I wanted something small but able to fit everything I need and it’s perfect. I love the quality, including two small laptops, a 1000 page book, notebook, water bottle, and of course small things like wallet, keys, earphones.”
