“I use the pouch for all my electronic cords, but you could use it for other items. It's a nice size and fits well into the backpack. The zipper is also high quality. This purchase is for a gift, but I've been using mine for a couple of years and it still looks new.”

“The pouch is the ultimate charging cable holder for me. In each loop, I keep a short micro USB cable, a USB type C cable for my phone, another type C cable for my laptop and a lightning cable for apple devices. My only wish is the pocket on the left side should have some way to seal with either a zipper or just velcro. I keeping the charging bricks in there but due to pocket's looseness, they fall out fairly easily. Not a big deal though and I'm more than happy with my pouch!”

It's important for anybody reading this to see that you have been asking for your money back despite your bag being delivered and UPS documenting it's delivery. You've sent countless emails to our customer service person asking for a refund for bags that you very clearly received. While we'd love to give our bags for free, we just can't do it.
