“I disliked how difficult it was to find the submit review. Took me 10 mins, im on a small phone and i do need an exam...was just soooo far down on the page.
Anyways.....the amount of time i spent finding the review link should indicate how important it was for me to sumbit my review....
I am soooo extremely happy with my purchase. At first...i changed my mind about my engraving, thought it might be too late to cancel because they were so amazingly quick about confirmations. But they did cancel! Was able to place new order with my new engraving. Received order faster than they promised. Everything was above and beyond, engraving was flawless, font was beautiful, packaging perfect, and the pen...was so shiny it was hard to fathom there were once fingerprints. “Very nice can't believe how quickly I received it. Engraving is fairly light but I don't suppose the metal on a pen is very thick. Myself I prefer the original slim line cross. It is quite heavy. I thought this would be so also, but seems to weigh about the same in your hand.”
