“This was a gift for a man who is accustomed to using the best. The pen was beautiful, elegant, and of high quality. The engraving was perfect. It arrived very quickly. All in all, I was very happy with my purchase, as was the gentleman who received it.”
“Bought two pens, one with block font and one with script font. The script font was for a female college graduation present. The order for the script font came back wrong (with block font). I was also disappointed that you could not see the engraving very well. Would recommend buying the toned engraving which is given as choice with some products. Was given the choice from customer service to either return the pen with wrong font and wait for new one or take a fraction of a refund (not 100% refund) to keep the wrong one. Because we were dealing with a time restraint, I took the partial refund. Pen is nice, but.....definitely opt for the higher level engraving with two-tone if you really want the name to stand out.”
