“I purchased this as a Christmas gift, I was glad to there was an express order option, which I selected. They sent emails when the pen was being engraved, and when it was shipped and how long it would take to ship. When I received it in the mail, I gave it a good look over. The box it comes in is beautiful, and the engraving was very well done. (They also provided an option to include ink refill cartridges which was really nice and I got some of those) Overall I was very satisfied with the companies handling and processing of the order, as well as the quality of the pen.”
