“Quality engraving, speedy shipping and great customer service.I ordered this set engraved as a Christmas gift. I was worried the custom engraving would delay the order, but they shipped it out next day and it arrived ahead of schedule.However, imagine my surprise when it was opened Christmas morning and the fountain pen appeared to have no nib! I emailed customer service and got a reply back within an hour, on Christmas day. Apparently, the cap of the fountain pen is very tight when new. You need to first reassemble any parts you unscrewed, then pull strongly straight out on the cap to release it from the chamber. After that, you can insert the ink cartridge and you're set.The pens look nice and work well.”
