“These are already beautiful pens, and the color is stunning but refined. Alone, without personalization, these are elegant. I own several in each of my portfolios and brief cases. This one was a graduation gift for my daughter, engraved. With the Times font, they remain elegant and understated. The other two fonts are hideous. Comes packages in the standard Cross black box with a medium black rollerball cartridge. Very classy.BTW, the pens write very well. Especially on smooth textured paper. A little less well on cheap scrap paper or unlined scratch pads. In all, very nice writing instrument aside from the personalization aspect.”
“Great product, even better service! I placed a rush order of customized pens, to be given as Christmas presents, two weeks before Christmas. I had them shipped USPS 2-day priority. I followed up with DaySpring a couple of days after I placed the order (in the evening, after business hours) to make sure everything was on track, and received a response from Daniel Whitehouse at DaySpring that same evening. Daniel provided a tracking # for the shipment, and said to follow up in a day or two if the order had not arrived and/or did not show to be out for delivery. The order had not arrived and was not tracking properly a couple of days later, so I reached out to Daniel as discussed—and again he responded promptly. Because I was running the risk of not receiving my order in time, Daniel decided at that point to re-run and re-ship the order express via another carrier, at no cost to me. Both orders (the original and the backup) ended up arriving a couple of days later, and Daniel said to keep both at no extra charge, since it was a customized item order.
