“This co. gets an A+ 4 engraved Cross, May'11. Surprising about 'blob' script 'v' & their weak response. My only (mild) disappointment is that the (Chinese made) Cross pen didn't have the heft, the solid feel of Cross pens made in USA way back when. But recipient LOVED the pen and that's what counts.”
“The pen is beautiful, but I am so disappointed with the engraving. I specifically chose this company because they could engrave two lines on my special graduation gift. When it arrived, I thought at first there was a misspelling. The script "v" looks like a blob. I asked if they would fix it and the company said no. I have ordered many engraved Cross pens and have never encountered this. I hope the company will take my advice and choose a more appropriate font for this type of engraving.”
