“I purchased this pen about three or four months ago. I'm a nurse and used it daily at my job, mainly for putting my initials into a medication book. Our charting system is on a computer, so I wasn't doing extensive writing with it. I did replace the original cartridge with a Parker Gel one.For the time that the pen was intact, I liked it a lot. It felt solid and well made for the price. The engraving looked smooth and well done.Unfortunately, last week, the gold-colored tip you see in the picture popped out. It's not screwed into the piece. It is held in there by the pens grip. For some reason, the grip loosened up, and the tip came out. I popped it back in, and it stayed in place until I started writing with it, then it kept popping out. That was the end of the pen.”
“Great Customer Service- very nice, attentive and helpful. Thank you so much.Update:I received my order in 2 days with great quality. The engraving, gift note and gift box are also very nice and clean. Thank you so much.Received many good complements. Will definitely buy more in near future.”
“Was a good pen, until it fell off the desk! Now its junk!!! I had already thrown away all packaging so now its my junk. The internal workings broke inside the pen from a fall of approx. 3 foot onto a wooden floor. I have an early version of the Parker IM and it has fallen out of my pocket on concrete and still operates just fine. Comparing the internal parts and you can tell that Parker decided to reduce quality for better profit. Will not buy another Parker product”
