“It was shocking to see bare pen shell without a refill upon opening the box by my brother to whom it was sent by me as Birthday Gift. The product was not received as shown in the image.But quick clarification from seller resolved the issue. As advised by the seller, refill was placed under the base packing in the box and it was found there. Pen looks great and works well.”
