“Pen was ordered on February 29th. I contacted Dayspring on March 13
(10 business days later) to determine the status of my order. I was told it would ship the following Monday. On March 25th I contacted Dayspring again and they said it was shipped Tuesday, March 17th. (12 business days after I placed the order). I finally received it on March 26th, 18 business days later. I checked the website to see if the store was still open and they were. Would I order from them again? No there are other companies and all are comparable in price. Luckily the celebration I needed the pen for as a gift was cancelled because it came 5 days too late. Nice present now for his birthday in October.”
