“The engraving was beautiful but I did not realize that only the ballpoint comes with ink. I do not recall information in the product description stating I needed to purchase “refills” for initial use for the rollerball. This was, of course, a gift and was a little frustrating and embarrassing when recipient opened it and was incomplete.”
