“Laura recently visited our nursery and delivered 2 interactive story sessions to two groups of children. She planned the sessions prior to her visit by asking about the children's interests and current topics to make the sessions specific for our groups. Laura was amazing throughout and the children (and staff) thoroughly enjoyed their sessions. I would absolutely recommend Laura to other professionals and parents. “We thoroughly enjoyed having Laura deliver sessions to our children. Laura is fantastic at getting the attention of the children, so they are focused and feel comfortable to engage. Over the time Laura has been with us, we have seen the positive effects it has had on our children. Their confidence is growing which helps the children feel they can get involved and their attention skills are growing massively. We would highly recommend Laura’s classes. The Imagination that goes into the planning is great. Laura will work closely with you to get your ideas and thoughts. Laura also tailors her classes so it can meet the needs of all our children which is fantastic. You also receive a planning pack leading up to your class so staff can build on the activity.”

“Laura has been attending our nursery for the last term, delivering classes to our pre-schoolers and toddlers. The children love the classes and we have just booked Laura to continue for another term. The children are engaged and show enjoyment, and Laura has a natural ability to communicate with and capture our children's imagination. Wew would recommend!”

“Laura led an interactive storytelling session at our son's 2nd birthday party and was absolutely fantastic! It was a joint party with 2 of his friends and Laura made them all feel so special - as well as involving all the other guests. We asked if she could base the session on The Gruffalo and she went above and beyond to tailor all the interactive elements to this theme. The children were captivated and really enjoyed the games, actions, bubbles and, of course, the story! Even though there were 3 children with birthdays they all got a card, gift and personalised stickers, which was such a lovely touch. Having been to Laura's Debutots sessions, I already knew how talented she is but I was still absolutely blown away. It brought something a little bit different to the party as well as some calm amongst the chaos! I can't recommend her enough!”

“Laura held a teddy bears picnic interactive story for my little girl on her 2nd birthday and we loved every minute! My little one is very shy but Laura took time to interact with her one to one before her friends began to arrive and very quickly made her feel comfortable while the session got started. Laura is such a natural and had the whole room engaged from start to finish. The story itself was so well prepared and delivered - the children also received stickers and certificates which was a really nice touch. It is clear to see that Laura goes the extra mile with her sessions and I would recommend her again and again for private parties - she’s fabulous!”

“I took my daughter to her first Debutots class last week, she had the best time and Laura who ran it was truly amazing. Stories and songs carried through the session with a lot of interaction with the children it was fun but also educational and all the children were captured with their full attention for the full hour. It was like participating in one of the classes you see on cbeebies as Laura was so animated with her voice and body which kept the childrens focus. Laura is fantastic with the children, my daughter had the best time and was talking about it for hours afterwards! I would highly recommend attending one of Lauras classes.”

“Laura first started attending our Nursery in September 2023 leading 2 Debutots classes with our Cygnets and Swans children (aged 2-4). The children all look forward to the class every Monday, and love that every session is different and linked to a theme or favourite story! All of the children are engaged, excited and enthusiastic to join in with the sessions - whether that be listening, reading, signing or dancing and Laura is so fantastic at keeping the children focused, and ensuring that the sessions are inclusive for everyone regardless of ability. We also love that when we are learning about something specific at Nursery or celebrating a festival, if we inform Laura she then specifically tailors the sessions! For example: we recently spent a week focusing on exploring the story The Gingerbread Man, which is one of the Nursery's core books. After having a chat with Laura, she tailored that week's sessions to the story and it fit in perfectly! It was fab and allowed the children to extend their knowledge of the story even further, in an innovative and theatrical way! We would definitely recommend Laura and the Debutots classes to other Nurseries and Schools! We have been really impressed so far, and are looking forward to continuing the classes after Easter on a different day, so that more of our children are able to join in the fun!”
