When I first out them on I thought…’uh-oh…are they going to be too tight?’ BUT… when I did them up, they wear as good jeans should, snug around the waist, to give shape, but NOT too tight, and they actually flatten the belly a little. They sit just where a muffin top might overhang, and so, hold you in. Awesome, that’s what I want! I’m a standard 12 and bought a size 12. They can easily be dressed up! Vermont blue is on trend and more dressy, than casual. I’m getting another pair!”
