Ordered early February, site said 2 weeks, email said 4 weeks and we’re now in April and I still do not have the item. The item is still advertised on their site saying available 26th April. There has been hold ups on the Suez Canal and now I’ve been told it didn’t pass quality control because the glass isn’t right. Emily in customer service is great at coming back to me but I still do not have the item I’ve waited over two months for and still don’t have an expected delivery day

The issues you mentioned, regarding the information on our website with delivery dates i have looked into this and i can see that this item is no longer listed to order on our website and hasn't been for 5 days now since Friday. We deeply regret that despite her efforts Libra Interiors have had a delay which was out of their control, it is unfortunate the the glass arrived to them and dint pass their Quality Control, Through I'm sure you'll agree that you'd rather find this out now than receive your order and be disappointed! I can also see that you have been offered a full refund, so please do let us know if you'd like Emily to arrange this. We understand that your patience has been tested during this extended wait, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.
