“I was using the Solar Defense Booster with my Active Moist moisturizer daily and I was getting really shiny skin so I thought this would solve that as it is mattifying. Unfortunately the Matte effect doesn't provide "all-day matte finish" as it claims, neither is it a sheer formula and I'm just as shiny if not more so at the end of the day. Even worse then that, I've been having constant breakouts and this is the only item in my skincare regime that I have changed. Considering it is 30spf the sun protection is not great when it is diluted with moisturizer, I hate to think what my skin would look like if I applied it straight from the tube. At $81 I had higher hopes for this product! I gave 2 stars as sun protection that is not tested on animals is rare.”
