“I am at the end of my $220 serum and for the last week I have had a very thick output from the dispenser which is confirming that I thought I was getting a light oily product (single ingredient) for most of the pumps. I don’t know if I have the full benefit as the duo of ingredients have not been dispensed simultaneously. Dermalogica, fix the dispenser please.”
“I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and started using it. I think I like it but I am not sure because I can NEVER get both sides of the dispenser to work at the same time, and I don't like to pump it more than twice each time because there is a lot of wastage of an expensive product. I don't know how to get the dispenser to work - I was told when I bought it to give it two good pumps straight up to make sure it was coming out ok (which I did) and that it would be fine from then but it hasn't dispensed both ever. Very disappointing because I think I would love the product but just can't use it.”
