“The ingredients are great quality and it leaves my face feeling refreshed and hydrated. My skin looks more dewy when I apply this after make up and it stops my make up from getting a cakey look. I usually apply before and after make up.
It feels very wet on application (as you can see in my photo of the product on my hand) but dries nicely without making the skin feel tight.”
