“I ordered a replacement pair of the compression jock as I’ve had them for four years. Although they’re still in decent shape, figure it was time to get a new pair. I’m 5’8 and 195 lbs and am thicker in the hips/behind area. My original pair was a L which fit well and didn’t sit low on the waist. I re-ordered a L and found them to sit lower on the hips then my original pair. I gifted this pair to a friend and ordered an XL which fits great. The cup holder is also easier to use as it simply folds over instead of having the velcro patch to keep it together. I also order two pairs of the boxers/built in briefs in XL. These are great for going to gym or wearing everyday, they are incredibly comfortable. The quality of Diamond MMA products is great. I always tell anyone in my kickboxing and ground fighting classes to not waste their money on any other groin protection and go with Diamond MMA.”

“I'm a short person with a tiny waste and very large thighs for my size. So for me the cup itself was a bit too bulky. It moved around in the shorts a little too much for me while grappling. I was always aware of the cup compaired to the thai cup I bought which I forget I have on when training.”
