“Some soreness along the thighs, but aside from that is pretty great. Had a bad injury on my last OCR concerning the groin, but wasn’t worried a bit during my last Spartan Race Super when climbing and running.”

“I used this cup and compression short system for the first time for my Krav Maga instructor certification. I wore it all day with zero issues, and it stayed in place throughout lots of movement and a few (unintentional but direct) shots to the groin. I would STRONGLY recommend this system, as it is the best one I’ve used in my 10+ years of martial arts. I will be recommending this to my students as well.”

“I’m kind of new to wearing this type of thing. But I did the research and decided compression shorts were the way to go. Then I stumbled on this product. I just received it and it arrived fast to Canada. The thing is super comfortable and I am happy I found this particular product. I’d recommend and happy I have it.”

“Purchased the Diamond MMA compression jock and cup for jiu-jitsu and it has performed flawlessly for the better part of 2 yrs. They provide excellent customer service as well. Had a small issue with the cup and they sent out a replacement immediately. I won't wear anything other than diamond while training.”
