“The Diamond MMA rash guard is excellent! Very well made, great looking graphics, and offers amazing protection. I use it mainly for Krav Maga ground work. But, the material allows it to absorb strikes when performing edged weapon defense techniques. It does fit very snug, so keep that in mind when ordering. I’m 5’ 8”, 160 pounds and the medium fits perfect. I need to buy another one!”
