“I use this for BJJ. I hate rolling with a cup. Once I got rolling, never even noticed I had it on. First roll I had using this thing, I take a knee to balls and didn't feel a thing. If you think it's pricey, it is, but it's worth it.”

“I have been playing sports, which require a cup, my entire life and the cup I purchased from Diamond MMA is the best. Zero movement when rolling in BJJ. 100% protection when striking. I highly recommend this device.”

“Bought both versions just because I felt sometimes I may feel like wearing different compression shorts so I got the jock strap too. I originally got the Large in both, but it felt snug but not quite secure so I emailed Diamond MMA and they promptly shipped out Mediums for me and I liked the the way the mediums felt better, it was more snug while the cup was inside and i felt more secure compared to the Larges. So to recap, I kept the Mediums. My measurements: 5'8 170-180lbs thick thighs / got a rear end Mediums felt fine for me.”

“This is the best cup you can buy.. I've tried both the shorts, and the jock. They're both top notch products, and offer unparalleled protection and comfort... Not only that, the diamond company in general is one of the best companies I've ever done business with... Not just for athletic equipment, but overall.. Superb, prompt, and very personal customer service. After personally trying out the jock, I think i like the compression shorts a little better, but I would highly recommend either style over anything other brands have to offer... Diamond is on another level.”

“Actually just used it for the first time today. Its awesome! But the only down side is that there are not any air holes. So got a little sweaty down there. Butnityer than that its amazing. And would recommend it to anyone whobneeds a cup!”

“This cup and jock strap are shockingly comfortable and truly do stay in place. The quality of the Diamond cup is unbelievable. I could probably get hit with a sledge hammer in the nuts and be fine!”
