“I really can't express how happy I am overall with the ring and the service provided. My order was not as easy as clicking a button. My fiancee and I decided to look for a QUALITY lab created diamond, and came across Agape. Of course, when paying a large amount of money, you want to know that the stones will look like a mined diamond, and not a CZ. We saw this ring with its unique setting and design and knew we both loved it. I, the soon-to-be bride, had some concerns regarding the ring and the order: 1. We were on a tight time frame; if we needed to modify the ring I needed to be sure that the turnaround would be quick 2. I was worried that the larger 1.5ct radiant stone would be too big; I needed to make sure that we could modify to a smaller stone 3. I was concerned that the stones within the split shank band were not as secure as they could be if they were channel set I called Agape customer service and spoke with Dorian. From the start, she was knowledgeable and helpful. She reassured me that if I was dissatisfied with the stone size I could replace it with a smaller stone at no charge. She also said that (including the time to return, modify, and send back) I would definitely have my ring before the deadline that we needed. She gave me other helpful information about the return policy, warranty, and soldering. I ended up changing out the center stone for a 1.0ct radiant (my fingers are very very small so it was just too big for me, but the original ring was stunning). After receiving the original ring, sending it back, having it customized, and then resent to me I still received my ring 3 business days BEFORE I specified (with overnight shipping both ways of course). *The box that it is sent in is pretty, and you do get the certificates for the stones. *The stones are clear and beautiful. Not milky at all. When holding it in the light, the stones definitely have fire and color unlike CZs. *I primarily spoke to Dorian via phone. There were times that I called and spoke with another woman. But good news, when I called I was never on hold for more than 2 minutes. Lastly, do your homework. We read every word on this site (and yes we noticed the typos in the FAQ) before buying, and called with very specific questions which were 100% answered. Make an informed decision for yourself. I 100% recommend this company and product. My ring is perfect and we couldn't be happier.”
