Most meals were delicious, right size and menus easy to follow. Have enjoyed but really miss fruit, and fresh salad. Found eating a hot cooked meal for lunch quite restrictive and too heavy for summer but I’m going to give week 2 a go. Also concerned re the very low calcium and iron over the 7 days.

Great tasting meals all ready for you even organised in a day by day way which is so simply. I also have lost 5 kilo in only 3 orders and would highly recommend.

It was my first time on this plan & I enjoyed knowing every day was planned with three meals & a snack! So easy. So delicious. I like the idea of three swap outs & used them.

What I like best about this approach is the tastiness of the meals, the controlled portions and the ease of having meals at the ready ie delivered and microwaveable
