“Most meals were delicious, right size and menus easy to follow. Have enjoyed but really miss fruit, and fresh salad. Found eating a hot cooked meal for lunch quite restrictive and too heavy for summer but I’m going to give week 2 a go. Also concerned re the very low calcium and iron over the 7 days.”
