“for what looks like a really straightforward salad, was totally yummy and captured a sort of asian / vietnamese vibe. Lots of spinach. the marinaded chicken and quinoa is delicious! the dressing is spot on flavour wise and the volume of dressing matched the serving size! generous serving too.”
