How to get more from your scraps with Scrap Booster
Mix through 1 tablespoon of Scrap Booster per 1-2 cups of kitchen scraps or green forage. If the scraps are very dry, add enough water to moisten (1-2 tablespoons).
Scraps should be fed once a day at most. Never feed chickens more scraps than they can consume in 20 minutes. Always use a clean dish and never feed birds directly on the ground. Remove uneaten scraps to prevent disease and deter rodents, wild birds and other pests.
Scrap Booster is not recommended for use on garden waste such as weeds and clippings, as chickens will not eat the tougher parts of the plants and the powder will be wasted. Use only on soft, green forage in small amounts.
Chickens should always have access to fresh water and a complete feed.
