“After paying postage your product was on the expensive side, over 40 euros for a toddlers cutlery set. Fast forward 2.5 weeks, still haven’t got the product and have received import charges from customs of 18 euros.. 62 euros for a knife, fork, spoon and plate is excessive and I’m disappointed that you didn’t make your customers aware prior to ordering.”
