“It's so useful. I no longer grate my fingers when I'm zesting a lemon. That in itself is a great boon. :-) And one use all of the zest, instead of leaving half of it stuck on the grater. I gave one to friend who is a great cake maker, and she's really happy with it. So much so that another friend wanted one, which I have bought for her birthday.”

“This is the best ester out there! I love mine so much that I bought them for several other people. The tool is sharp and requires very little effort. The feature that “pops” the zest off is genius. And I didn’t realize until later, but the protective sleeve works as a catcher/measurer for the zest. 10 out of 10!”
