“The recommended dose for these collagen tablets is 3 pills and they’re kind of large. I was a little unsure because the amount of collagen in this serving size is less than a serving of a powdered collagen. But powdered collagens usually just come from one source and I’ve learned that the different types of collagen have different benefits. So it makes sense to use a supplement that has a variety of types. I have found my nails seem to grow faster since taking collagen and I have lots of new hair growth. I wish I could say the fine lines in my forehead disappeared but maybe that’s asking too much! Taking these each day with a tall glass of water is a manageable way to help improve my health, it just needs to be the tall glass of water to make sure you wash these down.”

“Collagen seems to be the hot beauty topic right now, so I thought I'd give it a try. Have been taking for a little over a week now and the first thing I noticed is that my skin is less dry. I didn't expect to have a quick effect so I'm pleased with that! Not sure how/if it will help my nails and hair, but I'm hoping to see a noticeable difference there over time, too. I'm enjoying Dr. Emil Multi Collagen Plus supplements as it's super easy to include in my normal vitamin and supplement routines. Appreciate the level of testing on this supplement as that's important to me. Also that it's all-natural, that's something I always look for in a supplement. I'm also curious if it will help my joints and muscle recovery, too as studies are showing that collagen may be good for that, too. As someone who is aging, that would be another great bonus!”

“I lost a lot of hair when I got infected with COVID-19. I also work a 12-hour shift in the hospital taking care of COVID patients. Before I started using this product, my feet would feel like they are on fire at the end of the shift. Now, I don’t even need to take small breaks. My knees and feet don’t hurt as much. I take one pill in the morning with my breakfast and another one at dinner time. I also drink plenty of water. My hair is slowly growing, but I can definitely see the improvements. As a healthcare worker, I wash my hands a lot. And because of that reason my nails break a lot, too. But just like my hair, the progress is slow. As far as my skin is concerned, the product works! My skin looks so much better and it also feels softer. I highly recommend this product!”

“Love this product. I have issues with my Knees and have read that collagen helps with joints and cartilage. I have been using Dr. Emil products for other stuff and love them. They are easy to use, the service is fantastic and that's why I decided to get the collagen as well. And I have to say it's really helping with my knees and a perk, my nails.”

“Love this formula because it is so easy to take. There is no mixing with other beverages and no clumping. “Seriously loving this collagen! My hair growing long and strong just in time for my son's wedding. I was a little apprehensive at first because I didn't see much difference in the first month of taking it, but eventually the growth was so great.”
