“This is the first product like this that I purchased that actually seems effective. I can't speak of weight loss since I haven't used it all that long but it does give me energy. Having said that I am not a big person and I can only take one capsule at a time and highly recommend that you start with one until you know how it affects you. And sometimes even one is a bit much for me so I ordered empty capsules so when I want I can break it down further without throwing out the ingredients.”
