“I was taking the 5htp but adding my own melatonin. I thought I would try the ez doze plus but unfortunately the capsules are bigger than the 5 http so cannot use. If you are like me and have trouble with larger capsules this may help you out.
On the plus side I really believe this is a great company with great products but unfortunately due to size of capsules not for me”
