I’m a rower and right now we’re in hell-week for conditioning. It’s always been something I dreaded, but I’ve been taking BCAAs since before the holidays to help give my workouts a burst of energy. I am so prepared to take on hell-week now and I know I’m going to kill it. BCAA also helps with recovery which I’m definitely going to need after the weight lifting segments we do throughout the week. Thanks Dr. Emil!

BCAA is a great addition to your workout if you’re trying to get the most out of the gym, which most of us are! Not only does this supplement help with muscle recovery, but I feel energized and motivated to keep my workout going even on my most sluggish days. I bought this just in time too because the weather keeps getting colder and I need something to keep me engaged in exercise whenever I don’t feel motivated. Thanks Dr. Emil!

I started taking BCAA after a couple girls at my yoga studio said it really helped them train for a half-marathon. I never in a million years would consider running a half-marathon, but I was interested in the benefits that BCAA is proven to show, so I started taking it and they were not kidding! I was on the stair climber for 45 minutes the other day and didn’t feel like stopping. I’ve already lost 5 lbs since I started taking this a couple weeks ago.

I have a really sensitive stomach so I was worried about drinking this mid workout and then feeling the overwhelming urge to barf all over the gym, but it’s been super helpful with my workouts. I feel ready to take on faster speed on the treadmill and heavier weights in the free-weight section. I haven’t noticed any physical results yet, but if I keep working out the way I do I’m bound to lose a few lbs and gain that lean muscle I’ve always been looking for.

I’ve been trying to put on muscle mass in my glutes area forever, but it seems to be the hardest muscle to build if you don’t already have a solid base to start with. I saw that BCAAs help people grow muscle so I bought this one and I’m loving it so far. It’s too soon to see any real results, but I’m happy with the fruit punch taste and how much longer I’m capable of working out. I also haven’t woken up once with super sore muscles which is great because I work in a hospital and I need to be on my feet at all times.

I didn’t realize that taking a supplement mid workout was helpful until I did some research that made it clear just how important BCAAs are to performance! I’m not sure if it was all mental, but after I started taking this I truly felt like I could extend my workout way longer than I usually do without getting super lethargic and exhausted after.

BCAAs are so important for athletes and home-workout lovers. It’s like a post-workout and pre-workout mixed into one product! The powder mixes so nicely with water unlike some other BCAAs that leave behind small powder crumbs and it actually tastes so good I don’t even mind drinking it. As far as performance goes, the product gives a very subtle energy boost, but my endurance feels miles and miles beyond where it normally is. Also I don’t feel as sore the next day, which is amazing for leg days!
