“I had to return this item for a smaller size and the exchange has now been processed and dispatched. Thank you. On the basis of your efficient and speedy customer service, I feel I have to take issue with two critical reviews:
Firstly, one review stated that returns/reviews have to be paid for; however, for my exchange to and from NI, delivery was free of charge. It would not be possible to improve upon the service I have received.
Secondly, another review complained about money being taken out of their account for a cancelled order. I too had a cancelled order, but no disadvantage ensued to me. I actually discovered that the refund had been made before the money was taken out for my purchases.
I personally would recommend e-outdoor and its sister sites - outdoorGB and sportsGB.”
