“Great product and excellent service.
The Rab Mantle T-Shirt feels comfortable and breathable to wear and very durable; the seam stitching is some of the most robust looking I’ve seen on a technical T-Shirt. In comparison to the similar Montane Dart T-Shirt, it uses a much coarser and heavier material and lacks the Montane Dart’s duel layer construction with its finer inner face and so it doesn’t seem to wick or dry quite as fast. The flip side is I can envisage it proving much longer lived when used for activities where the Mantle T-Shirt will frequently be the outermost garment and in contact with abrasive surfaces - e.g. bouldering, scrambling etc.
A word of caution however, it is sized very generously. I had to return my size Large (my usual Rab size) and exchange it for a Medium. It should be noted that even the Medium Rab Mantle fits slightly larger than a Montane Dart in Large.
Regarding the exchange, despite mistakes on my own part in the exchange process, the staff were very helpful, polite and expedient throughout and I cannot fault e-outdoor’s service.
I would thoroughly recommend both the product and the retailer.”
