“The design of the playhouse is great, however it's been let down by the build quality.
There are some misaligned nails (that completely missed the floor bearer!) fortunately these were in the middle so it still holds together and being in the floor does not pose a safety risk.
There was also a lot of chipped edges which would provide a splinter risk so needed sorting.
A couple of parts were also missing however Shire were quick to respond and the parts are on their way.”
