“I absolutely LOVE this product, and this brand!! It helped my babies gain weight since they can't tolerate milk yet. I use it to thicken watery purees, beef up a bottle's nutrition content, and Else. has recipes available to bake with it for little ones! I depend on Else brand for my babies.”
“I ordered the 3 pack about a week ago and had free 3 day shipping. It still isn't here. FedEx says they never got the package from the distributor. I contacted the company through email, and on their website. I finally call only for them to take down my name and number and they say they will call me back? That didn't happen. This is extremely frustrating because I was very excited to try this brand but I never got to and they took my money. My doctor said that I should start feeding my baby cereal and I tried to pick a good option for her, unfortunately she needs to eat and I can't waste my time waiting for a company to respond that obviously doesn't care to make it right with a customer. I feel robbed and I'm annoyed that I have to go spend more money on other cereal do my baby can eat since this company took my money and doesn't want to answer me.”
