EO Private Blend Reviews

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Those who have been privileged to experience this olfactory miracle have already eloquently expressed the soul stirring beauty in this bottle. Well, count me amongst the believers. I have decants of nearly every Ensar Oud release, and I can say without hesitation that this is my favorite. I keep coming back to it again and again like an olfactory junkie. All of Ensar’s work is excellent, but when I smell that pungent, sweet musk, Oud and blackberry it moves me like no other fragrance. It doesn’t merely “smell good” - it is bursting with a living beauty - it is alive! You get the feeling you are catching the breeze of the Absolute. Private Blend is a masterpiece of perfumery and art, and I feel blessed to have come across it. Thank you, Ensar, for sharing this with the world.

Unfathomable! I hope you don't take this as a review. I wouldn't dare attempt to. Not for this one. How can I begin to describe something I don't understand? A Buddhist Monk, someone supposed to absolve themselves of earthly possessions..displayed abnormal attachment to a perfume. A fragrance that puzzled Dmitry Bortnikoff! Seeing that video was like Michelangelo explaining Da Vinci's work to me. This smell spoke to my senses more than it did logic/reason. It's full of juxtaposition, contradiction, madness! All this while fitting together. The most solid of compositions I've experienced. This fragrance was like discovering a new element on the periodic table. Yes, a blend that acts like a pure substance. Sweet, bitter, savory, spicy, smooth, dry, animalic, elegant, reserved, bold. The ingredients are shuffling so fast I can't see any separation. I'd hate to say this is Ensar's best work. It would be insinuating his best is behind him. He is still growing, gaining more knowledge and experience. There are many chapters of his story still untold. If there's any song that symbolizes this fragrance to me, it would be a mash-up between Sinatra's "My Way" & "That's Life"
