“A lot more grounded than you expect from a Cambodi oud. It's a dark smoked green of heated oud chips, frankincense, and vanilla, with a methol ghost present. The sweetness is like candied kiwi with an under-ripe banana stickiness, not overly sticky at all just naturally creamy with fructose. It has river/lake aquatic notes that give me a vision of someone making vanilla coffee behind a jungle waterfall. A very settled regal freshness in this oud's chi. A great buy.”
“Jing shen lu type green opening- but much more resinous and serious. Minty. Combodian fruity - serious incency fruit (totally unlike thai). Mysterious in the middle - most similar to sweet pan you get in India - betel leaf + nutmeg + gulkhand + saffron and other spices. Dry down is typical clean Cambodi. Very safe and fun.”
