“I have previously taken a good probiotic for years but I wanted something really good. I’d tried symprove so many times as I’d heard great things but it always upset my stomach so i was worried this would to. So far no upset and even without being 100% consistent first thing in the morning i can feel a change in my bowel movements so I’m really hopeful this is a new permanent for our house”

“I have suffered from various digestive issues throughout my life, ranging from GERD (acid reflux) to constipation and bloating. However, since I began taking epetome I have noticed an improvement to several aspects of my day to day life.
In the immediate period before taking epetome, I was suffering from routine constipation and poor bowel movements, which had been a recurring issue since my fundoplication surgery (to help eradicate my GERD) in early 2022. Over the course of 2 years, this made eating and drinking an erratic experience due to the complications of the long term effects of the surgery on my digestion - which commonly increases bloating and constipation. On a day to day basis, I would get fed up of an internal dilemma between my gut and what I consumed.
However, I began taking epetome in November 2024 and gradually over the course of the last few months I have noticed my gut and mind health improve drastically. This has naturally improved the quality of my day to day life as I no longer have to worry so much about what I am consuming and the potential consequences quite so often. In example, I now routinely enjoy coffee on a day to day basis without complications whereas before it would often have an adverse effect on my digestive system. The ability to consume a wider range of food and drink without complications has made my life more interesting in itself.
There are some aspects that epetome cannot control, such as the consumption of alcohol and its toll on the system, or eating an excessive amount of junk and the natural side effects of that but the overall overall benefits have been clear to myself. It is not a miracle cure and I would not claim the product to have 'cured' my digestion entirely as someone with a long term erratic system but it has in my mind helped me to eat and drink healthily at least 80% of the time I've been consuming it and I would recommend it to anyone with digestive issues for that reason alone.
The potential drawback for most will be that product does come at a premium cost but for myself at least, I am content to pay that premium for the insurance of a better quality of life. The gut and mind are linked and in my instance, this product has improved both and my day to day function as a result. The dramatic impact on the mental clarity of being able to digest normally when you have struggled throughout your life, can't be underestimated.”
