“One of my friends recommended I try this probiotic because she’s a big fan and so I decided to give it a go and after one month I must say I do feel better to some degree. I do think I need to have the probiotic for longer than my system to feel the true effect, but on the whole, I think it is a really great thing to leave into your daily self-care.”

“I'm only 3 weeks in to my trial pack and I have to say I'm impressed. During my first week I felt like my tummy didn't like the tablets but it wasn't long before things settled down and I've had much less bloating and I'm so much more "regular" too.
