“I have been taking the probiotics for about 3 weeks now and my stomach issues (cramping etc) seems to be subsiding. It is early days yet but im hoping this may help me getting off some medication which i am on :)”

“Initially, when I started the supplement, I had a week or two of discomfort and bloating. I am not a doctor, but have experienced this with other gut supplements which I didn't push through with, so I can only assume this is my body adapting to the introducting of new good gut bacteria. I have pushed on through and feel a lot better, more regular and the discomfort has gone! I don't have much more feedback yet, but I will be ordering more! One thing I have noticed is that I haven't been craving as much junk food and sweet things which is a nice feeling.”
