“Had high hopes for epetome and the pre pro biotic formula. Packaging all very lovely and convenient to take. I noticed some relief in the first two weeks but painful bloating returned after. I also noticed I had a big flare up of eczema on my arms and eyes and ears, something I’ve never had in the summer months. Worried it’s a reaction to epetome, so I’ll be going back to symprove - which worked well for me previously and is GP recommended”
