“I’m a coeliac and have been for 22 years. I follow a strict gluten free diet and eat ok. For a long time I wanted to find something to help repair my gut because I don’t feel like I get all the nutrients being a coeliac. I’ve been taking the caps for a month now and have started to notice the changes in how well I’ve been feeling, how much more energy I’ve had. “I started Epitome after following Em on Instagram for a long time and loving her approach to food and gut health. Having tried a few of her recipes and really feeling the benefit I trusted her to try out this new venture into gut health. Initially I purchased trial packs for both me and my husband and I would say it took a good 3 weeks to settle fully but I started to see the benefits within the first couple of days. I suffer from bad eczema and my husband with acid reflux and since starting Epitome I have not had to use any steroid cream and he has come off his daily tablet for heartburn. That alone is a benefit I am grateful for but I know the goodness will be continuing.
